Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 06 months of International Voice Process experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs

Immediate joiners preferred

• Document customer interactions accurately.
