For our office in Trivandrum, we are looking for a creative and motivated Branding and Marketing Intern to join our Market Intelligence and Branding team, an ambitious and highly motivated team that gathers and analyses data and coordinates branding and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will support internal communication initiatives, helping create a connected, informed, and positive workplace experience, as well as employer branding activities.
Responsibilities
- You prepare and support internal communications, newsletters, announcements, and campaigns
- You assist with employee stories, spotlights, and culture-focused content
- You coordinate with leadership and different departments to collect relevant updates
- You support the preparation of suitable internal stories for employer-branding initiatives
- You ensure communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with the organization's culture
- You support branding and communication for employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising Public Relations, Media Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, an MBA in Marketing, or a related field
- You have an interest in communications, employee experience, or employer branding
- You have strong communication and coordination skills and are creative, organized, and proactive
- You are comfortable interacting with employees across teams
- You have a basic understanding of social media and content creation
- You have photography, video, or content creation skills, which would be an advantage
