Branding Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies from inception, defining positioning, purpose, personality, tone of voice, and messaging hierarchy for the brand.
• Conduct in-depth consumer and cultural research, including category mapping, competitor analysis, and social listening, to translate human insights into authentic and resilient brand narratives.
• Establish and maintain brand governance, owning the brand book and ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy across creative teams, founders, and agency partners.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing strategy frameworks.
• Strong research capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from consumer and cultural data.
• Deep understanding of D2C and consumer markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
