Branding And Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Execute offline branding and promotional activities in assigned market areas.
2. Manage the installation and maintenance of banners, hoardings, flex boards, shop boards, and other branding materials.
3. Coordinate with dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractors to improve brand visibility.
4. Conduct market visits to identify branding opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
5. Ensure proper placement and visibility of company branding materials at dealer and retailer outlets.
6. Coordinate with printing vendors, advertising agencies, and local suppliers for branding materials.
7. Organize promotional campaigns, dealer meets, product demonstrations, and local marketing events.
8. Take photographs of completed branding activities and submit daily activity reports.
9. Monitor the utilization of branding materials and ensure cost-effective execution.
10. Achieve assigned branding targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in offline branding, field marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing.
• Experience in steel, pipes, cement, construction materials, or building materials will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong field execution and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of offline marketing and brand promotion.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with dealers.
• Good observation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
