Brand Trainer (KOSCA Academy)

Deliver product training and workshops to salon professionals and KOSCA teams across South India - developing materials, coordinating curriculum with brand principals and tracking progress.

• Plan and deliver hands-on product and technique training across the partner network.
• Develop training materials and curriculum in coordination with brand principals.
• Run launch onboarding so partner teams are ready before products reach the market.
• Travel across South India to conduct in-salon and branch-level workshops.
• Track attendance, certification and post-training outcomes.

• Hairdressing, beauty or cosmetology qualification with salon-floor experience.
• Confident presenting and demonstrating to professional audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across South India.
• Spoken English plus at least one South Indian language.

• Prior experience as a brand educator or platform artist.
• Familiarity with the Wella Company portfolio (Wella, SP, Sebastian, OPI).
