About Role

The role will support the Brand Solutions team in managing the day-to-day execution of brand activations, events and Broadway IPs. You will work closely with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure timelines, deliverables and event requirements are tracked and closed on time.

This is a highly execution- and operations-oriented role, suited for someone who is extremely organised, proactive with follow-ups and

comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers for ongoing activations, events and brand partnerships
• Track deadlines, owners and deliverables across multiple projects
• Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate with brand POCs for assets, confirmations and requirements
• Track event promotion across social, WhatsApp, email and other channels
• Ensure all agreed promotional deliverables are executed on time
• Maintain event-wise checklists and status reports
• Take meeting notes and track action points to closure
• Support pre-event, on-ground and post-event execution
• Flag delays, gaps and dependencies to the Brand Solutions team
• Prepare weekly status reports and updates

• Can manage 15 things happening simultaneously
• Notices when something is missing
• Is comfortable sending the 3rd follow-up email
• Is extremely detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and concisely
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
• Can work under tight event deadlines
