Brand Protection & IP Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online seller/product ecosystems.
• Experience in identifying suspicious listings, counterfeit products, or seller behaviour is preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Strong research, pattern identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with brand protection or anti-counterfeiting projects.
• Basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), trademarks, copyrights, and online infringement.
• Experience with marketplace audits across multiple platforms.
• Experience preparing investigation reports and client presentations.
• Exposure to online enforcement or takedown processes.
