About the Role

Our Client is looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to drive brand partnerships and revenue across our growing creator ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying brands and agencies, building strong relationships, pitching creator-led solutions and converting opportunities into

revenue through influencer marketing, branded content, integrations and digital IPs.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital advertising sales, brand partnerships or influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of the creator economy and

a proven ability to build business relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new brands, advertisers and agency relationships for company's creator roster.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams, media agencies and creative agencies.

Understand client briefs and develop relevant influencer marketing, branded content and creator-led solutions.

Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for assigned brands/categories.

Proactively pitch company's creators, content capabilities and digital IPs to potential clients.

Drive commercial discussions, negotiations and campaign closures.

Work closely with Creative, Talent Management and Brand Solutions teams to develop and execute campaigns.

Create and present proposals, pitches and presentations to brands and agencies.

Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments and emerging digital opportunities.

Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of campaigns from brief to execution.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Digital Advertising Sales, Influencer

Marketing, Media Sales or Branded Content.

Strong network and relationships with brands, advertisers and/or agencies.

Proven ability to generate business, build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Strong understanding of the digital influencer and creator ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Commercially driven, proactive and result oriented.

Ability to convert brand requirements into eƯective and commercially viable creator

solutions.

Understanding of digital content rights, usage and licensing will be an added advantage.
