Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand & Marketing Manager role based in Patna. The Brand & Marketing Manager will oversee brand positioning, develop integrated marketing strategies, and manage campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia channels. Responsibilities include leading market research, identifying audience insights, and translating findings into effective messaging and creative briefs. The role involves coordinating with creative, production, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication and timely delivery of marketing projects. The manager will monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong brand management skills, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity development.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and integrated marketing communications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing practices.
- Ability to analyze market research, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in collaborating with creative and multimedia production teams to execute campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
- Proven project management skills, including time management, prioritization, and budget oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency or multi-media environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
