What Were Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content, advertising or a similar role. Freshers with relevant internships/projects are welcome.
• Strong executional skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in social media, content, influencers, UGC and consumer trends.
• Good design sense and the ability to identify what makes social content visually engaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for developing scripts, briefs and social content ideas.
• Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
• Creative thinker who can also look at data, performance and consumer insights to make better decisions.
• Curious, proactive and hungry for content—someone who constantly notices, consumes and thinks about what is working on social media.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
