Brand Manager Novel Group
We are hiring a Brand Manager to own and grow a brand portfolio end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own brand strategy, positioning and the brand P&L for your portfolio
- Lead new product launches from concept to shelf: pricing, packaging, claims and go-to-market
- Plan and manage marketing budgets across performance, social and influencer channels
- Work with sales, e-commerce, design and supply chain teams to hit revenue targets
- Lead and review agencies, designers and content teams
- Track brand health, market share and competitors, and report monthly to leadership
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5–8 years in brand management, ideally in FMCG, baby care, beauty or personal care
- A record of successful launches and owning a brand P&L
- Strong grasp of e-commerce and quick commerce
- Sharp with numbers: pricing, margins and ROI
