About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, communication, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, Digital, and Trade Marketing teams.
- Develop marketing calendars and manage campaign execution.
- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and campaign ROI.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, influencers, and other external partners.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in product launches and go-to-market planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Should have knowledge and experience on SEO, SEM, E-mail and SMS marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in Brand Management
- MBA in Marketing
