Optilink Networks Pvt ltd is a product based company manufacturing hardware products related to Telecom and Broadband Industry. We are looking for Brand Manager.

Experience : 5-10 years

Job Summary:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning, communication, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, Digital, and Trade Marketing teams.
• Develop marketing calendars and manage campaign execution.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and campaign ROI.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, influencers, and other external partners.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

Candidate profile

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in product launches and go-to-market planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Should have knowledge and experience on SEO, SEM, E-mail and SMS marketing
