Brand Manager / Product Manager Multiple Business Verticals

Multiple Openings | Domestic & Export Business

We are looking for experienced Brand Managers / Product Managers to join our Product Management Team across multiple business verticals. Candidates will be responsible for managing product portfolios, developing brand strategies, conducting market analysis, and driving product/business growth.

Business Verticals & Locations

1. Domestic – Generic Pharmaceutical Business (GT)
Location: Nagpur

• Experience in Generic Pharma / Healthcare / Domestic Pharma preferred.
• BAMS/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharma/Science background preferred.
• Understanding of generic products, doctor-focused promotion, and domestic pharma markets.

2. Domestic – OTC / Consumer Healthcare
Location: Nagpur

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in OTC / Pharma / FMCG / Consumer Healthcare preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, trade channels, brand building, and OTC marketing.

3. Export – Therapeutics
Location: Nagpur / Mumbai

• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Therapeutics Product Management or Marketing – Export Markets preferred.
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharma/Science background; MBA Marketing preferred.
• Exposure to international markets, distributors, product registrations, and export business will be an advantage.

4. Export – Nutraceuticals
Location: Nagpur / Mumbai

• Experience in Nutraceuticals / Healthcare / Pharma / FMCG – Export Markets preferred.
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc./M.Sc./Food Technology/Nutrition background; MBA Marketing preferred.
• Understanding of international nutraceutical markets, product development, and distributor management will be an advantage.

Common Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand/product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage product portfolio, positioning, communication, promotional activities, and brand growth.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer/consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product presentations, promotional inputs, product literature, and sales-support materials.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Export, Trade Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Support new product development, product launches, registrations, and product lifecycle management.
• Monitor product/brand performance, market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.
• Provide strategic inputs to sales teams and support achievement of business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management / Product Management / Product Marketing.
• Candidates from Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, OTC, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or related industries may apply based on the relevant vertical.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
• Ability to understand market trends and convert insights into effective product/brand strategies.
• Candidates with relevant Domestic or Export market experience are encouraged to apply.

Note: We are hiring for multiple positions across Domestic (Generic/GT & OTC) and Export (Therapeutics & Nutraceuticals) businesses. While the core KRAs are similar, the specific vertical will be aligned based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
