Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager / Group Brand Manager - D2C | Personal Care
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for experienced Brand Management professionals for multiple opportunities across Skincare, Haircare/Scalp Care and Pain Management categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand strategy, positioning and marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated brand plans across digital and offline channels
- Manage consumer insights, campaigns, launches and brand growth initiatives
- Work closely with sales, e-commerce, digital and other cross-functional teams
- Drive business growth across D2C, E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels
- Track category, consumer and competitive trends and translate insights into actionable brand strategies
Ideal Profile:
- Experience in Brand Management within FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Wellness or Consumer Healthcare
- Strong exposure to D2C brands is essential
- Candidates with 3 - 5+ years of D2C experience will be preferred
- Experience across E-commerce and Quick Commerce will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of consumer-facing brands, digital marketing and business growth
- Candidates with relevant experience in Skincare, Haircare/Scalp Care, Personal Care or Pain Management will be preferred
Experience / Level:
We are open to profiles across ABM / BM / Sr. BM / GBM levels, depending on experience and fit.
