Brand Manager - Derma Beauty - Premium & Luxury Beauty

• A leading premium beauty retail business is looking for a Brand Manager - Derma to drive business growth across sales, margins, product mix, inventory and profitability.

Must Have:

• Strong experience in Beauty / Skincare / Dermocosmetics
• Sales, Margin & P&L / Commercial ownership
• Category / Brand Management & Business Growth
• Product Mix, Assortment & Inventory Planning
• Forecasting, Market & Competitor Analysis
• Strong analytical and commercial orientation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management

Ideal Profile:

• Professionals with experience in premium/luxury beauty, skincare or dermocosmetics, with strong exposure to retail and/or e-commerce and a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Not considered:
• FMCG profiles without strong beauty/skincare exposure, pure marketing/communications profiles, agencies, consulting firms or candidates without commercial/category ownership.
