About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who wants ownership of client relationships without layers of hierarchy slowing them down. You'll be the face of Circle 360 for a portfolio of clients — understanding their business goals, translating them into clear briefs for our creative and marketing teams, and ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.

You'll work closely with designers, content creators, and growth marketers, and you'll be expected to use AI tools actively to move faster — from research and reporting to campaign ideation — so that client servicing becomes proactive, not reactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships and becoming a genuine extension of their marketing team.
• Requirement Understanding & Briefing: Accurately understand client requirements across digital marketing, growth marketing, branding, and design, and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Campaign Planning & Visualization: Support the ideation and visualization of marketing campaigns — from concept boards to content calendars — that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Own end-to-end project timelines, coordinating between clients and internal teams (design, content, digital, growth) to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
• AI-Enabled Efficiency: Leverage AI tools (for research, content drafts, reporting, presentations, and campaign ideation) to speed up turnaround times and improve the quality of client deliverables.
• Reporting & Reviews: Prepare and present campaign performance reports, status updates, and review decks to clients on a regular cadence.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand scope of work through proactive, insight-led recommendations.
• Internal Advocacy: Represent the client's voice internally — ensuring creative and strategic outputs genuinely solve for the client's business problem, not just the brief on paper.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management, preferably within an advertising, digital marketing, branding, or growth marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, branding, and design fundamentals — enough to speak the language of both clients and creative teams.
• Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) to streamline client servicing, content, and campaign workflows.
• A visual thinker — someone who can conceptualize and articulate marketing campaign ideas, mood boards, or content plans, not just manage timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and push back on scope when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable operating as an individual contributor with high accountability.
