Brand Management Specialist

Role Overview

The Manager – Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company's brand strategy across digital and offline channels.

The role will involve creating strong brand visibility, developing thought-leadership content, managing social media and digital campaigns, supporting business verticals with marketing initiatives, and strengthening Hem Securities positioning within the capital-markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand strategy for Hem Securities and its business verticals.
• Strengthen brand awareness, recall and positioning within the financial-services and investment ecosystem.
• Build Hem Securities as a credible thought leader in the capital-markets ecosystem.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone and visual communication.
• Work closely with business teams to understand products, target audiences and business objectives.
• Own the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and overall digital brand performance.
• Manage branding and marketing for conferences, investor meets, webinars, seminars and corporate events.
• Develop event collateral, presentations, invitations and promotional material.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications.
• Prior experience in BFSI / Capital Markets / Broking / Wealth Management / PMS / AIF / Mutual Funds / Investment Banking preferred.
