About the Role:

5paisa Capital is looking for a Brand Lead to drive the company's overall brand strategy, positioning, and key brand initiatives. This is a highly strategic role within the marketing team and will play a critical part in shaping how the brand evolves as we scale our growth in the upcoming financial year.

The role will be responsible for strengthening brand equity, defining the brand narrative, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication across all channels. The Brand Lead will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the brand strategy supports broader business and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy and positioning for 5paisa Capital.
• Define the brand narrative, messaging frameworks, and communication pillars aligned with business priorities.
• Continuously evolve the brand strategy to support the company's growth roadmap.

Brand Initiatives & Campaigns

• Conceptualize and lead key brand initiatives and integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Drive high-impact brand programs that enhance awareness, trust, and consideration among retail investors.
• Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver compelling brand storytelling.

Brand Consistency & Governance

• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints including marketing campaigns, product interfaces, partnerships, and communication assets.
• Own and maintain brand guidelines across teams.

Consumer Insights & Brand Measurement

• Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to refine brand strategy.
• Track and evaluate brand health metrics such as awareness, recall, sentiment, and consideration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, performance marketing, PR, and leadership teams to ensure brand initiatives support growth and user acquisition.
• Align brand communication with key product launches and business priorities.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage creative, media, and research agencies to deliver high-quality brand output.
• Act as a key brand custodian across internal teams and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Experience working in broking, consumer tech, fintech, BFSI, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Proven experience in building and scaling brands through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital-first brand building and performance-driven environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing agencies and large-scale campaigns.
