Brand & Growth Marketing Manager – Beauty & Personal Care

We're building one of India's next-generation skincare brand. We're looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into campaigns that people actually notice. You'll own product launches, social campaigns, creator collaborations, marketing calendars, events, shoots, and everything needed to make ORYVA impossible to ignore. If you love skincare, move fast, think creatively, and enjoy making things happen; we'll probably get along.

What's the Job:

• Plan and execute product launches
• Build monthly marketing calendars
• Coordinate with designers, creators and agencies
• Execute digital marketing campaigns
• Plan Instagram, YouTube and content strategy
• Manage influencer collaborations
• Organize product shoots
• Plan brand events and activations
• Track campaign performance
• Work closely with founders
• Bring fresh marketing ideas every week
• Make sure nothing slips.

Ideally, You must have:

• 2–5 years in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or consumer brands
• Great communication skills
• Strong project management
• Creative thinking
• Social media obsessed
• Loves beauty brands
• Can manage multiple projects
• Extremely organized
• Fast learner
• High ownership

We would love if you have:

• Worked in a D2C brand
• Product launch experience
• Influencer marketing experience
• Meta Ads knowledge
• Canva/Figma basics
• Photography or styling interest
• Beauty industry network
