Job Overview:

We are looking for a Brand Executive to help build and protect the Cox & Kings brand across every customer and partner touchpoint. The role involves supporting brand campaigns, making sure all communication follows brand guidelines, coordinating creatives and collateral with internal teams and agencies, and supporting branding for our growing franchise network.

This role is ideal for marketing professionals with brand or communications experience who are creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy turning ideas into campaigns that customers remember.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and on-ground channels

● Ensure consistent use of the Cox & Kings brand identity, tone of voice and visual guidelines across all communication and touchpoints

● Coordinate with designers, content writers, agencies and printers to develop creatives, brochures, itineraries, presentations and marketing collateral

● Review and approve creatives and content from Sales, Product and Franchise teams for brand compliance before release

● Manage branding requirements for franchise partners, including store signage, launch kits, co-branded material and local marketing support

● Plan and maintain the brand content calendar for social media, website, emailers and seasonal travel campaigns

● Work with the Product team to build brand stories around destinations, group tours, holidays and new launches

● Support brand partnerships and influencer collaborations

● Track competitor activity, travel trends and customer insights to suggest new brand ideas

● Monitor campaign performance, brand reach and engagement, and share regular reports with the reporting manager

● Manage brand assets, the creative library, vendor coordination and marketing budgets for assigned projects

Skills & Qualifications Required:

● Graduate in any discipline; degree or MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising preferred

● 2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications or advertising

● Good understanding of branding principles, campaign planning and brand guidelines

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design and detail

● Experience coordinating with creative agencies, designers, printers and vendors

● Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing and content planning

● Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is an advantage

● Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously

● Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus
