Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Executive to join the marketing team at Mia by Tanishq. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, or a creative agency environment. The candidate will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, assist in brand-building initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive consistency across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of brand language, visual storytelling, and content creation, with the ability to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. Additional skills in graphic design or video editing will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, and media channels.
• Coordinate with creative, media, digital, content, and agency partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Assist in the creation of marketing briefs, campaign assets, presentations, and communication plans.
• Monitor campaign timelines and ensure seamless execution across channels.
• Track consumer trends, cultural shifts, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Support market research initiatives and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing communication and touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including retail, merchandising, product, and design teams.
• Support the launch of new collections, products, or brand initiatives through effective go-to-market execution.
• Work closely with creative, media, PR, influencer, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors and partners.
• Assist in monitoring campaign KPIs and preparing post-campaign analyses.
• Support budget tracking and marketing administration processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, communications, digital marketing, or a creative/media agency.
• Experience in consumer, fashion, lifestyle, retail, luxury, or jewellery categories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behavior.
• Strong understanding of brand language, tone of voice, and visual identity systems.
• Ability to evaluate creative assets and provide constructive feedback aligned with brand objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight timelines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other marketing or project-management tools.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and/or video editing software will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of content creation and social media best practices is preferred.
