Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

Role summary

We are looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager from the BFSI digital media industry to manage Rewafin's brand, LinkedIn presence, media coverage and content on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Rewafin brand guidelines, messaging and templates across all channels
• Plan and run LinkedIn brand awareness campaigns, including the company page, founders' profiles and paid campaigns
• Build and manage relationships with BFSI, fintech and business journalists; secure articles, interviews and news coverage in print and digital media
• Coordinate with the PR agency on press releases, media placements and awards
• Manage the blog and newsletter: content calendar, writing, editing and publishing
• Produce videos and podcast episodes with freelancers, from script to publishing
• Maintain the press kit and media page on the website
• Track and report brand and content performance every month

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in marketing, content or communications, with at least 3 years in BFSI or fintech digital media, BFSI-focused agencies, or marketing at a BFSI technology company
• Existing relationships with journalists and editors covering banking, NBFCs or fintech
• Excellent writing and editing skills on financial and regulatory topics
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content and paid campaigns
• Experience producing video or podcast content
• Strong planning and execution skills; able to manage agencies and freelancers
• Open to travel for expos and industry events across India and internationally

Good to have

• Understanding of lending and NBFC or banking regulations
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing
