We are now looking for Brand Designer(s) who can help shape identities, systems, and experiences with strong thinking and sharp execution.
About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Designer who understands that a brand is more than a logo. It is structure, story, typography, colour, layout, behaviour, consistency, and feeling. It is how everything connects. You will work across brand identities, visual systems, campaign rollouts, guidelines, decks, digital assets, packaging, and brand applications. This role is for someone who has a strong design eye, understands brand thinking, and can build work that is both beautiful and functional.
What You’ll Do Create brand identities, visual systems, and design directions for clients and internal Brane projects. Develop logos, typography systems, colour palettes, layout systems, graphic devices, and brand applications. Design brand guidelines that are clear, practical, and easy to use. Work on campaign rollouts, social assets, pitch decks, presentations, packaging, and digital brand assets. Translate strategy and creative direction into strong visual concepts. Maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints and formats. Collaborate with motion designers, digital designers, content teams, and creative leads. Bring ideas to the table, not just execute given tasks. Pay attention to details like spacing, hierarchy, alignment, rhythm, and visual clarity.
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual identity design. A strong portfolio showing brand identity, visual systems, and applied design work. Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to think beyond single deliverables and build connected brand systems. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Comfort working on decks, guidelines, campaigns, and digital-first brand assets. Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing original ideas. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines well. Clear communication and a good sense of ownership.
Good to Have Experience with packaging design, motion design, UI design, or spatial/event branding. Working knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or AI creative tools. Experience creating brand systems for startups, lifestyle brands, tech brands, hospitality, retail, or cultural projects. Ability to support with art direction, moodboards, visual research, and presentation storytelling.
