- Brand Leadership - Own and elevate end-to-end visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Campaign & Growth Creative - Lead high-performing creative for launches, campaigns, sales moments, and growth initiatives that improve CTR, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.
- Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product, CRM, Content, Growth, and Business teams to build one consistent experience across app, marketing, and communications.
- Team Leadership
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in brand / visual design.
- Strong experience building modern consumer brands, ideally digital-first.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and digital-first execution.
- Experience in startup, consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth brands
