We are seeking vibrant, customer-centric, and high-energy Brand Ambassadors to join our team At AoneHR Service. As the face of prestigious global brands, you will engage with international travelers, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales excellence in a dynamic retail environment.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION INR 4.0 - 4.5 Lacs CTC
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 0 - 2 Years (Sales)
PREFERRED FROM LIQUOR BACKGROUND
WORK SHIFT 12-Hr Rotational (Day/ Night)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement: Assist international travelers in selecting products while providing exemplary luxury customer service. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain premium product displays, visual merchandising standards, and overall store cleanliness. Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock handling, inventory monitoring, and replenishment. Brand Loyalty: Build strong customer rapport, explain product features, active offers, and promotional campaigns effectively. Professional Standards: Uphold impeccable grooming standards, personal presentation, and professional conduct at all times
REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY
Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Liquor Category sales, or general Retail & Hospitality background are preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. Sales Aptitude: Solid understanding of basic sales techniques and customer service excellence. Attitude: Positive demeanor, high enthusiasm, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
