Branch Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel/restaurant branch. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining service standards, and achieving operational targets .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and work performance.
• Allocate duties and shifts to employees based on operational requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily sales, cash transactions, expenses, and branch-level financial activities.
• Maintain proper records of sales, stock, wastage, and daily operational activities.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular checks of the branch premises, equipment, and facilities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to management.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
• Train, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure the branch meets its sales and operational targets.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the branch.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers whenever required.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
