Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region.
• The Branch Manager (BM) is accountable for the attainment of sales & collection targets.
• Creating infrastructure for Luminous business. (Create and execute channel expansion program based on market potential)
• Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
• Strategy and execution of developing New Distributors/Dealers.
• Monitoring competitors' activities (including sales and market activations).
• Establish systems, processes, and review mechanisms to support channel growth.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed the implementation of key distribution processes.
• Recruitment, Training & Retention of Channel Partners, Dealers and Sales Executives.
• Hands-on experience in Channel Development in Battery Inverter.
• Other Industry: Consumer Electronic/Mobile Handset Industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA
• 12-15 Years of Experience.
