Job Summary

Experienced Bench Sales Manager responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants across the US IT staffing market. Expertise in consultant marketing, vendor management, client relationships, rate negotiation, and placement coordination for W-2, 1099, and C2C consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the bench sales team to achieve placement and revenue targets.
• Market bench consultants to US clients, implementation partners, prime vendors, and staffing companies.
• Maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and recruitment partners.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, margins, and contract terms.
• Identify suitable requirements through vendor portals, job boards, email campaigns, and professional networks.
• Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placement closures.
• Maintain consultant availability, marketing status, submission reports, and sales pipeline trackers.
• Ensure timely coordination with recruiters, delivery teams, and HR for onboarding and placement documentation.
• Monitor market trends, client requirements, and team performance to maximize consultant utilization and revenue.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
• Experience with C2C, W-2, and 1099 staffing models.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate requirements, secure interviews, close placements, and manage sales targets.
