Branch Sales Manager

We Equitas Small finance bank Ltd is hiring for BSM (In mortgage loan) Vartical for Ahmedbad & Baroda locaiton.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Generation: Source and close Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) leads via Direct Sales Teams (DST), Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and market referrals.
  
  
• Channel Management: Build, expand, and train channel partner networks (DSAs, brokers, real estate agents) to drive consistent monthly and quarterly volume targets.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor sales executives or officers, tracking daily field performance and pipeline status.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with credit, underwriting, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing, document verification, and timely disbursement.
  
  
• Portfolio & Compliance: Monitor portfolio health, assist with customer queries, maintain daily Management Information System (MIS) reports, and adhere to regulatory and internal audit guidelines.
  
  

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream
• Experience: 5+ years of direct field sales and channel management experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Affordable Housing Finance (NBFC/Bank).
• Team Handling: Prior experience leading or mentoring junior sales staff/DS.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, local market mapping (DST channels), and target-driven execution skills.
