Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive business growth, lead the sales team, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch-level business targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through customer acquisition and relationship building.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and business progress.
• Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular business performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth branch operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or financial product sales.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.
• Good knowledge of financial products and customer acquisition.
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant industry experience preferred.
