Branch Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Business Correspondent network to increase LAP market penetration.
• Strengthen relationships with local influencers, property consultants, and SME clusters.
• Ensure portfolio quality through prudent sourcing and basic credit assessment at sourcing stage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Execute daily sourcing activities including lead generation, field visits, and partner engagement.
• Drive productivity of BC partners through regular follow-ups, training, and engagement.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TAT adherence and customer satisfaction.
