Branch Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in housing finance products such as home loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSA's (Direct Sales Agents), and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business prospects.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in housing finance products like home loans, mortgage loans, LAP etc. .
• Strong understanding of housing loan processes including underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
