Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Officers to drive business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, referrals, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
• Identify prospective customers and explain LAP products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for business development.
