• Handle a 10-member team to Achieve business goals and objectives by acquiring

• Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts
• Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
• Schedule business calls with the team members while meeting some important customers
• Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch
