Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
. Drive branch-level sales targets for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP.
. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Officers.
. Monitor daily activities and performance of the sales team.
. Develop and implement local marketing strategies.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
. Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM.
. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
