Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
• MBA preferred

Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, or related secured lending products
• Experience in sales team handling and branch business development preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Loan Against Property business in the assigned location.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Source customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales executives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and intermediaries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
