Branch Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in LAP sales, team management, and business development within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business sourcing and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio quality and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales or related field.
• Qualification: Degree or higher qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the LAP market and local geography.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
