Branch Sales Manager Individual Loans (LAP & Home Loans)

About the role

Were hiring Branch Sales Managers for individual customer sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products with housing finance companies. This is a customer-facing role focused on building local business, sourcing quality leads and supporting loan applications through to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Source new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through local market visits, referrals, connectors and other permitted channels.
• Meet prospective borrowers, understand their needs and explain suitable loan options.
• Build relationships with customers, property brokers, builders, DSAs and other local referral partners.
• Collect and check application forms and supporting documents for completeness.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and technical teams to progress applications.
• Follow up on leads and applications through approval and disbursement.
• Work towards branch and individual business targets while maintaining service quality.
• Keep customer and sales records accurate and follow company policies and applicable requirements.

Eligibility

• 13 years of relevant experience in Home Loan, LAP or housing finance sales.
• Experience sourcing individual borrower business is preferred.
• Good communication, customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Knowledge of the local market and language will be an advantage.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required for field visits.

Compensation

• Maximum CTC: Up to 4 lakh / 5 lakhs in metro locations per annum, based on experience and suitability.
• Incentives and benefits, if applicable, will be as per the hiring companys policy.
