We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager for Home Loan and LAP to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the home loan market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales of Home Loan and LAP products in the branch.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch profitability.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
