Branch Relationship Officer

Title: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)

Department: Retail Banking / Branch Banking
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Branch Operations Head

Role Purpose

To acquire new customers, deepen existing customer relationships, promote banking products and services, and support branch business targets while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Savings Account and Current Account customers.
• Generate leads and cross-sell banking products such as:
• Personal Loans
• Credit Cards
• Insurance Products
• Fixed Deposits
• Investment Products
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
• Meet assigned sales and business targets.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business generation.
• Ensure timely customer onboarding and documentation.
• Adhere to KYC, AML, and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve customer queries and provide service support.
• Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
