Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales of life insurance / financial products through the Direct Channel.
• Acquire new customers through walk-ins, references, and self-generated leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct need-based selling and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure timely issuance of policies and completion of documentation.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Direct Sales / Agency / Retail Insurance preferred.
• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
