Branch Relationship Manager - Retail Banking

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as CASA, Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD, Credit Cards, Loan Sales, and Key Account Management.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of retail liabilities.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
