Branch Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Achieving sales targets for Industrial Products (Power Distribution Products, Motor Control Products and Power Quality Solutions) in the assigned territory.

Leading, building, development of sales team and performance of sales team activities in assigned market.

Coaching sales team and providing leadership towards responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company culture and values).

Establishing business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share.

Execution, and continuous monitoring of an action plan for self as well as by team for effective search of business opportunities.
Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans.
Conducting regular one-on-one review with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.

Providing timely feedback to/from team and keep senior management updated regarding performance/behaviour KPIs.
Maintaining, monitoring, presenting, and discussing accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.

Lead from front large projects/prospects and creating/conducting necessary proposals/presentations or promotional activities.

Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management and ensuring right people in right jobs.

Experience:

10-12 years of experience in sales management and minimum 5 years of team management.
Experience in switchgear sales and large/matrix organizations
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
