Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and a basic understanding of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Coordination for recruitment and interview scheduling
• Managing attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Handling employee queries and HR support activities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and processes
• Exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline Graduate
• 01 to 3 years of experience
• Male/ female can apply
