Branch Operations Officer

Role & responsibilities :

• The Branch Operations Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations for Home Loans and MSME lending business in an NBFC environment.
• The role ensures smooth loan processing, documentation, disbursement, compliance, customer servicing, operational controls, and coordination with credit, sales, legal, and risk teams.
• The incumbent drives operational efficiency, TAT adherence, portfolio hygiene, audit readiness, and customer experience

Preferred candidate profile :

• 0- 2 years of experience in NBFC/Banking operations.
• Exposure to Home Loans and MSME lending operations.
• Experience in branch operations, loan processing, and customer servicing.
