We have an opening for Branch Operations Manager (BOM) - Liabilities in Retail Branch Banking.

Reporting To: Branch Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, customer service, and compliance.
• Handle cash management, vault operations, and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI, and internal audit guidelines.
• Process and authorize RTGS, NEFT, DD, and other banking transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
• Maintain security stationery, passbooks, and branch records.
• Supervise CSOs and branch operations staff.
• Support branch business targets through CASA and cross-selling activities.
• Coordinate with ATM vendors and service providers for smooth branch functioning.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of branch banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and audits.
• Experience in team handling and customer service.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
