Branch Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of branch processes.

• Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests within defined TAT.
  
• Coordinate backend operations to ensure seamless data entry, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members to achieve business objectives.

• Handle customer walk-ins and provide operational support to agents, POSPs, and channel partners.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with a focus on branch operations or insurance operations.

• Knowledge of General Insurance products and operational processes preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of backend operations, including data entry, reporting, and compliance procedures.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving common goals.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
