Branch Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Administration: Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the office, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a professional appearance at all times.
• Operational Oversight: Manage front-desk activities, incoming/outgoing mail, and general office coordination to ensure zero downtime in branch activities.
• Expense Management: Track, verify, and process all branch-related expenses, including utility bills, petty cash, and vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made on time.
• Communication Management: Responsible for the timely posting of official notices, circulars, and updates on branch notice boards and internal portals.
• Facility & Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of office supplies and assets; coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Compliance & Safety: Making sure the office follows company policies and basic safety rules, like keeping fire exits clear and making sure fire extinguishers are ready to use.
• Vendor Coordination: Talking to the security guards, cleaners, and tea/coffee staff to make sure they are doing their jobs well and arriving on time.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in office administration, branch operations, or a generalist operational role.
