Branch Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling, teller activities, and cashier services.
• Oversee cash operations, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch functions.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in branch banking operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, cashier activities, teller operations, and cash management processes.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational efficiency improvements.
